Product Warranty Policy 

Free warranty for main frame within 2 years from facory invoice date; 

Free warranty for brakes and other accessories within 1 year from factory invoice date; 

Free warranty for wearing parts within 6 months from the invoice date (including tires, 

batteries, rubber feet, etc). Damage caused by incorrect use or violent use of the product is not 

covered by the free warranty

Export Certification 

The factory is certified by quality management system ISO13485&ISO14001, 

the products are certified by MDR CE, EU FSC, UKCA, CFDA.

Delivery Time 

Within 40-50 days after get deposit from customers.
