Main Frame (Metal Parts): 2 years warranty from the date of purchase.

Plastic Parts (Wearable Parts): 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Fabric material: 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.


2.  Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty service includes free repair or replacement of defective parts.


3.  Exclusions from Warranty

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other human factors.

Damage caused by natural disasters (such as fire, flood, earthquake) or force majeure.

Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and replacement of wearable parts (such as plastic parts).

Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the manual for installation or use.


4.  Warranty Service Procedure

Please retain your proof of purchase (such as the invoice) and the product warranty card.

For warranty service, contact the dealer or retailer where you purchased the product.

Provide proof of purchase and the warranty card to confirm warranty eligibility.

We will decide whether to repair or replace the product based on the specific situation.
